My first semester of college is almost over..I honestly cannot believe how fast time flies..It seems like yesterday I was moving into my dorm in August nervous as ever about college but now I am here, three days away from the end of the semester.. This experience has been unforgettable coming from Pittsburgh all the way down to Tallahassee but I have loved every moment of it..I have had a chance to meet new people all the time I have been here and my friend group has changed several times but I must say for the better..It has been tough though being away from my parents all of the time but I have really learned to grow up and become dependent of myself...The first couple of weeks I was a little homesick I must say but as time went on I learned how to handle it..Talking to my parents regularly really has been the best thing because it has always been so reassuring that they have been there for me.. I love them dearly and this process would not have been possible without there support...The first semester has helped me to grow not only as a student but as a person as well...
